All you need to make this winter craft for kindergartners are a few simple materials you probably already have on hand:

construction paper – white, black, and possibly other accent colors for scarfs, etc.
scissors
glue
googly eyes (optional)

Cut a large circle out of your white construction paper carefully with scissors. Nor start cutting around and around going farther in on your cirlce making a long continous snake.

Now cut out the snowman accessories out of construction paper, draw them using crayons or marker, or use googley eyes or felt pieces if you prefer:

Use glue to carefully attache your accessories to the snowman circle, attaching it to one solid part only. You can also use markers to add any features you didn’t want to cut out like eyes, mouth, buttons, etc at this time.
