Christmas Tree Suncatcher Craft

For this craft all you need is overhead projector sheets (or sealed laminator sheets), a black sharpie, and paint (we used acrylic).

On your clear page, draw a simple tree shape, criss-cross light string, and ornaments or light bulbs hanging off the zig zag lines. Now hand it to your kiddo and you are ready to crate your one-of-a-kind easy Christmas tree craft.

Start out painting the ornaments or light bulbs.

Now paint around the ornaments with green paint, yellow star, and brown tree trunk. Allow the tree to dry completely. It took ours a couple of hours.

Isn’t it so beautiful! It makes a lovely artwork to hang on your wall, frame with construction paper, or as a Christmas tree suncatcher.
